Lynnewood Women's Retreat
From Seeds and Stones ... A Salvation Garden
Friday, April 23 to Sunday, April 25, 2010
Westminster Retreat Center, Alamo
“In simple humility, let our gardener God, landscape you with the Word, making a salvation garden of your life.” James 1:19, The Message
We are born into a great and grand landscape which is the expanse of God’s
creation. Tending life, nurturing growth, encountering the jagged edges and
stony places we work the soil in anticipation of the budding beauty and glorious
bounty. Throughout our lifetime we pass through and tend many gardens. We leave
some behind and finally come to trust that by God’s grace, we can also carry a
salvation garden within us. Join us as we explore together our journey as women
